company has been executing all the deliverables consistently maintaining time schedule and quality SEC BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 (No. I of 1956) as Limited Company with Corporate Identity Number U70109DL 2006 PTC 149688 year 2006-2007 on 13th June 2006 by Assistant Registrar of Companies National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana
The company (SEC Buildtech Pvt. Ltd.) has purchased all the assets & liabilities of Proprietorship Firm M/s Subhash Engineer & Contractor 2nd Floor PNB Building, Opp. Sector-59, Mathura Road, Vill. Jharsaintly, Ballabgarh, Faridabad (Haryana) 121004 having its Proprietor Mr. Subhash Chand Tanwar as per the financial statements prepared as on 31.12.2010. The transferee company has contractually taken all the benefits of the transferor firm from the very beginning and all past experiences of the proprietorship firm to be used as the experiences of the transferee company.
